What I did
As a Social Media and Communication support, I worked closely with the founder to manage social media content and communication/promotional activities to optimize brand awareness and engagement.
- Designed, planned, implemented a communication and branding strategy to develop social media plan/presence for the startup.
- Created, managed and published social media content for Instagram and Facebook (daily content for feed, stories, Facebook weekly marketing post)
- Discovered trends and influencers through social media listening and monitoring
- Set KPIs for social media campaign and measure performances to make informed decisions
- Monitored and optimized community engagement levels
- Developed offline (poster, flyer) and online advertising materials (Facebook Ads)
- Proactively searched and made connections to potential partners for marketing opportunities, media exposures and collaborations to grow brand and business

My brainstorming sessions with the founder resulted in a new Instagram concept. It adopted a simple, clean and consistent look with more communicative captions and storytelling. The new concept forms a constant pattern of 3 basic elements: Product. Vision. Riding.
